MYRON B. HODGE CITY PARK - 220 Park Avenue
Located on the banks of the beautiful Sopchoppy River, this 35 acre park provides a beautiful setting for the camping enthusiast. 26 RV sites and primitive sites with bath facilities are available for visitors. The Park also includes a boat launching facility, fishing piers, playgrounds, basketball court, softball field, individual and large group picnic facilites, nature trails and historic buildings. This park is the perfect place to bring the family and enjoy a great week-end swimming, canoeing, fishing and playing. SOPCHOPPY HISTORIC GYMNASIUM - 159 Yellow Jacket Avenue
Listed on the Nationa Register of Historic Places, built in 1935 and restored in 1998. The Gym was built from native limerock in the "Spanish Mission" style. This 7,000+ sq.ft. building with kitchen, is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, reunions and any large or small gathering. Tables and Chairs are available for rental.
G. F. & A. DEPOT - 34 Rose Street
The Depot was built around 1891 and restored by the City in 2010. Orginally the Depot was part of the Carrabelle, Tallahassee & Georgia Railroad Company which was absorbed by the Georgia, Florida and Alabama Railroad (G. F. & A.). Locally the G. F. & A. depot is affectionately referred to as the Gopher, Frog and Alligator Depot. Currently operated as a museum of local history.
SOPCHOPPY TENNIS PARK - 180 Municipal Avenue
Double regulation courts are a feature of this park which also includes a walking trail, playground and picnic pavillion. The park is schedule to open on May 1, 2011.
